Wealth declaration form is normally filled by Civil servants after every two years. The declaration will be made from 1/11/2019-31/10/2021.
The teachers will fill wealth declaration form online using https;//tsconline.tsc.go.ke/site/index. Other civil Servants can download the form and fill it.

PASSWORD .
INCOME
A description of the Salary incomes,Investments . Approximate salary incomes for 2 YEARS should be indicated.
ASSETS
Its a description of what one owns ,such as Land,Buildings,Vehicles,Shares etc. One should approximate the worth value of the items.
LIABILITIES
Its a description of the loans that has from Saccos and bank facilities. Approximate the total amount.
SPOUSE(S) AND CHILDREN BELOW 18 YEARS
The full names of the spouses and children below 18 years should be filled.
The Identification Card of the Spouse(s) should be indicated.
WITNESS
The full names ,addresses and identification no. of the witness should be indicated plus the pending of the signature.
The Deadline is strictly 31st December 2021
