    The Government Emphasizes on Kiswahili and English Subjects when Placing them in Sudden Courses,See the Details .

    English and Kiswahili are going to play a key role in the placement of sudden courses.

    Learners who will be placed to pursue Mathematics related courses will be required to have  atleast C plain in either Kiswahili or English.

    The courses include Computer Science, ICT ,Economics ,Finance and Statistics.

    The directive follows the recent failure of Health workers in English test who were applying for jobs in the United Kingdom.

    The government is keen to implement the directive for the 2021 candidates who will be sitting the KCSE exams.

    For one to join a Diploma in medical courses English or Kiswahili is among the subjects enlisted  that a student should pass before being placed  for a medical course .It therefore means the government will be keen with this other courses.

    The two languages Kiswahili and English are examined in KCSE exams and it therefore means the government is trying  to emphasize on them going forward.
