National Social Security Fund has service delivery points spread across the country and is seeking to enhance capacity of its human resource to achieve its obligations of service delivery to all Kenyans .
The fund seeks to recruit experienced and energetic Kenyans to fill these vacancies from the positions as outlined below;
1.Compliance officer (Grade 6)-29 positions
Reporting to the Branch Manager ,the candidate will be responsible for compliance in their respective zones within the branch.
2.Branch Accountant (Grade 6)-9 positions
Reporting to the regional Finance and Operations Coordinator ,the candidate will be responsible for the overall management of Branch Finances.
3.Finance Assistant (Grade 7)-15 POSITIONS
Reporting to the Branch Accountant ,the candidate will support day to day running and efficient management of Branch Finances and perform all the general tasks related to contributions and payments made from customers.
4.CLERICAL OFFICERS (GRADE 7)-74 POSITIONS
The clerical officers’ cadre covers category of staff that may be deployed in such areas as social Security ,Ethics and Integrity and Administration
5. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (GRADE 6)-8 POSITIONS
Reporting to the General Manager /manager/section Head /Regional Manager the candidate will perform all the general administrative and front office work .
6.ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (GRADE 7)-10 POSITIONS
The job holder serves to coordinate all the functions of the office and be a link between the senior Management and junior staff in the office and customers . To serve as Executive right hand performing any and all tasks necessary to keep the Executive up to speed and able to do their work as well as possible.
7.DRIVER (GRADE 8)-23 POSITIONS
The job holder will serve to drive NSSF Vehicles.
8.OFFICE ASSISTANT (GRADE 8)-20 POSITIONS
The job holder serves to provide high quality cleaning and messengerial Services in the fund.
