Part of November 2022 has been a hell for teachers dependants who are seeking medical services in various facilities.
“It’s an unfortunate experience for our members ,but the hick up was caused by the migration of MEDBOOK system to P.S.M (Patient Service Management) as from 1st November 2022” Kuppet officials clarified to their members .
However members seeking services have been advised to send the details of their dependants seeking medical services. The details to be send include ,TSC no.,Name of the dependant who is seeking medication and the name of the facility to the following number for action;
